CIA Factbook: This is the only website you have permission to collect data from. If you need help with your analysis and google for other websites, you must get those sites approved by me before using them as a credible source of information. The World Factbook provides confirmed information on the history, people, government, economy, geography, communications, transportation, military, and transnational issues for 267 world entities.Countries of Africa (The new version with proper formatting)You may make a copy of this document and type straight into it, or reprint it if you have lost your original and write on it by hand. All packets must be printed out and turned in as a paper copy so they can be taken apart and graded according to section by each Gamemaster.

Please note the following if you choose to make a Prezi or powerpoint:
- I did not just list my data.
- I did not write paragraphs or put everything I wanted to say
- I combined my analysis with the data in short bullet point
- I added relevant pictures and then described those pictures in my presentation
- I used text colors that could be seen easily on the background
- I combined topics when it made sense
- I zoomed into categories within a frame so that they could be easily read
Possible Ideas for SS Presentations
Note: I haven't taught you all of these so you'll need to teach yourself if you want to use them.- Powerpoint is a slideshow, but is easier to use than Prezi. This link will take you to a tutorial if you have never used it before. The rules for the type of content to put in a powerpoint is the same as Prezi.
- Poster Help If you have elected to make a poster, here are some guidelines for making a poster that is both visually appealing and informative.
- Kid's Vid Website designed for students to create and display serious work. Follow the links to go through the steps of making a quality video: Scripting, Making using live video, Editing, and Showtime. Make sure your video is 7 minutes or less.
- Voicethread Create a free account and you can make a video using still pictures or slides with your voice narrating. This is a great option for people who do not want to stand up in front of the class. Here is one I did for a project in college. Make sure your video is 7 minutes or less.
- Write a skit and perform it for the class. Have your analysis delivered in the form of dialogue between your characters! Teammates who assist another with a presentation like this will get extra credit.
- Whatever you can come up with to explain your analysis in an interesting and exciting way!! Be creative, but informative!
